Live Broadcasting

Are You Seeking Solutions for Live Ministry Broadcasting?

1. Identifying Challenges:
  • Have you been looking for a place to take your ministry broadcast LIVE?
  • Have you been overwhelmed by the high cost of LIVE broadcasting?
  • Have you tried traditional AM or FM radio?
  • Have you seen the prices they charge for your broadcasts?
  • Have you all but given up on broadcasting LIVE to your audience, whether locally or globally?

2. Introducing Evangelism Radio:
  • Worry No More: Evangelism Radio is designed JUST FOR YOU!
  • 24/7 Live Broadcast Capability: We provide complete broadcasting services anytime, day or night.
  • Custom Solutions: While achieving full live broadcasting may take time, we have made adjustments for seamless integration of pre-recorded ministry broadcasts alongside live sessions.

3. Airtime Allocation:
  • Each broadcaster receives a designated “block of airtime,” similar to traditional radio stations.
  • This privilege ensures you have a consistent presence on Evangelism Radio.

4. Commercial Breaks:
  • We incorporate “hard breaks” for commercials, featuring a structured approach to integrate promotional content.
  • Break Timing: Commercials will run at the "bottom" of the hour for 2-3 minutes.
  • Announcements can be pre-loaded or rotational, ensuring variety in promotional segments.

5. News Briefs:
  • We provide a network news affiliate that gives brief updates for listeners.
  • The duration of news segments can range from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on playlist time availability.

6. Broadcast Duration Adjustments:
  • Keep in mind that time for promotional considerations and news is factored in:
  • A (30-minute broadcast) will effectively be (26-28 minutes) of content.
  • A (60-minute broadcast) will allow for (55-56 minutes) of actual programming.

7. Broadcast Scheduling and Access Guidelines

Purpose:
To ensure a seamless transition between broadcasts, the following procedures have been implemented to facilitate timely logins for live or pre-recorded programming.

8. Access and Server Scheduling

  • Login Credentials:
Each broadcaster will be provided a unique username and password to access the station servers.
  • Scheduled Access Only:
Servers are configured to grant access only during the scheduled time slot for each program.
    Example:
    • Broadcaster “A” is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
    • Access will be granted starting at 7:00 PM, allowing the broadcaster to log in, click “Broadcast Now,” and go live.
    • At 7:30 PM, the system will automatically end the broadcast if the broadcaster fails to log off manually.

9. Automatic Transitions

  • If a broadcaster exceeds their allotted time:
    • The server will automatically end their live broadcast at the designated end time and transition to the next scheduled program.
  • If the next broadcaster is ready:
    • They will see the GREEN “GO LIVE” button illuminate, allowing them to begin their broadcast promptly.
  • If a broadcaster fails to log in during their scheduled time:
    • The server will play a pre-recorded program provided by the broadcaster, ensuring continuity for listeners.
